Jaine Edge is an experienced human resources professional, trainer and executive coach with a background in the hotel, retail, television and airline industries. She has worked for privately owned and multi-national brand icons in the UK and Australia and currently runs her own consultancy, based in Perth, WA. Jaine is a certified professional with the Australian Human Resources Institute (CAHRI), an Associate of the Institute of Executive Coaching and a member of the International Coach Federation. She is accredited in MBTI©, the Harrison technique and HAY Group job evaluation methodology. Throughout much of Jaine’s career, she has held global responsibilities and she has a practical down to earth style that she uses to create a safe environment her clients can rely on. She has managed extensive change projects involving efficiency achievements and organizational growth. Jaine has a passion for developing people and delivering results and she encourages good business disciplines that are simple and appropriate for the business. Jaine uses coaching and mentoring to develop people into better leaders and communicators to increase engagement and motivation throughout the company. Originally from the UK, Jaine has lived and worked in Switzerland and Sydney and moved to Perth in 2006. For most of her career, she has travelled extensively to work from partner offices all over the world. Jaine has a strong interest in people and believes that good people management, excellent leadership and effective communications make good sense and deliver bottom line success.
