Increasingly, individuals and organizations are becoming involved in decision-making processes and outcomes that are subject to regulation by Administrative Law. This program gives participants an understanding of the principles of this body of law.

  • Understand their legal obligations when making decisions of an administrative nature
  • Understand the rights of persons or organisations when adversely affected by a decision of an administrative nature

  • Be aware of the appropriate forum or jurisdiction in order to seek review of a decision of an administrative character
