Who should attend

This program addresses issues faced by senior executives who need to lead across various functions and domains, perhaps in something like a general management role; they may be preparing to take on a greater responsibility or may have recently moved into positions requiring higher levels of oversight. They may be functional experts running specialist or smaller project teams, senior managers needing to take their capabilities to a higher level, or managers/owners of SMEs needing to take a more systematic approach to capability building in their firms.

Such individuals will possess significant working experience, potentially having more that 7 years management experience. They may hold formal qualifications, but will generally possess a solid track record in their areas of expertise.
