Personalising professional development...

This program provides a unique blend of academic study and facilitated adult learning, all directed at achieving powerful leadership development and tangible results for you and your organisation.

As part of the program, participants will be asked to identify a significant leadership issue, related to the theme of the program that will form the basis of an individual ‘action-learning project’. During the program they will work towards refining the intention of this project, engaging others in its achievement, and implement elements of it. At the end of the program they will present an update on the project’s progress, the next steps, and the learning that has occurred throughout the process.

Participants will also be supported in their learning via peer coaching (‘action-learning sets’) and individual coaching support by program staff, along with their own reading and reflection. The combination of learning activities ensures ‘attention density’ for a 2-3 month period, ensuring learning is both applied and retained.
