What is Leadership Development for Sustainable Change?

This program provides the essential skills and support for individuals and organisations wanting to contribute strong and effective personal and collective leadership for sustainable change.

It is offered in recognition that the global sustainability challenges we face, including the imminent effects of climate change and peak oil, are key drivers for transformational change. Now, more than ever, we require effective leadership to respond to, and create, unprecedented transformation in the ways we live on our planet.

Addressing these challenges means developing more sustainable relationships with ourselves as individuals, with others, and with the Earth.

What makes this program unique?

Often work towards sustainability focuses on the new technologies and policies our world needs: these are necessary, but we also believe the genuine uptake of technology and policies depends on building good will, common commitment and alliances of people willing to act in concert. This is the work of leadership!

This program, therefore, supports you to reflect and focus on the nature and strength of your particular leadership, on the core conversational skills every leader needs, and on the strategic frameworks that help you to identify what is needed most, at any given point in time, to build momentum for real change.
