
Our Coaching Model

The Murdoch University Executive Education Centre model ensures a consistent approach by our coaching panel. The model assumes two key premises:
- there is a general acceptance by participants that behaviour must change to achieve the targeted goals and;
- there is a level of knowledge within individuals that can be readily tapped to ensure that the coaching process can provide the required behavioural outcomes.
We have a number of coaches on our coaching panel, so we can cater for individual circumstances.
