Since 1993 Tracey McGrath has been consulting throughout Australia with organisations and individuals on improving effectiveness. Based out of Perth, Western Australia, she has designed and delivered over 500 development projects aimed at functional workplace relationships covering such topics as effective leadership, influencing and decision making, emotional intelligence and how to manage challenging behaviour. A high level executive coach and facilitator, Tracey has conducted leadership programs for the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Department of Commerce, as well as intensive three day residential Leadership programs for store managers in the Coles Group. In addition to her qualifications in psychology, media, and project management, she is the only Australian to have received a WOW! Award for displaying excellence in customer service and is a long standing Governing Councillor of Polytechnic West, WA's largest training provider, especially in the area of trades training.
The diversity of her client base gives Tracey the ability to take a broad look across industries with respect to what’s working and what’s not in a variety of workplace environments. Over the years, Tracey McGrath has coached everyone from front line staff to MDs in crisis. A registered psychologist with specialist skills in managing conflict and counterproductive behaviour, Tracey is the person organisations often call when they don’t know what to do, yet urgently need good outcomes. Her private practice coaching clients are typically executive level with 80% being self-selected with the aim of achieving results that have previously escaped them. The remaining 20% are referred by their organisations with specific performance improvements required. In addition to her confidential coaching, Tracey has designed and delivered numerous organisational improvement programs over the last decade plus for a range of blue chip and government organisations. Clients include RIO Tinto, BHP Billiton, National Australia Bank, Brierty Limited, Department of Commerce, Australian Taxation Office, Australian Institute of Company Directors, The Law Society, Coles Limited and many others. |
