Greg Bayne

Greg Bayne is passionate about maximising the performance of people and organisations. He believes that with the right attitude, support, hard work, commitment, and mindful deliberate practice (MDP™), we can all reach our true potential.

He holds a Masters in Counselling Psychology (Cum Laude), in addition to an undergraduate degree in education and an honours degree in Psychology, and has been assisting people to achieve their personal capability for over 13 years. He has been an elite athlete and a coach of elite athletes. Over the past several years, Greg has combined his training in psychology, his unique experience as an elite athlete and coach and his experience as a leader and facilitator to achieve incredible results with individuals and groups from the corporate sector.

Greg is a highly experienced facilitator who engages his audience and facilitates the development of their knowledge and skills. He believes that workshops need to be time well spent and actively links theory to day-to-day practice. Greg provides facilitated workshops to a number of large and small private and government agencies, not for profit agencies and small business.

Overview of Skills & Experience:

  • Experienced Coach and Psychologist with over 5000 hours of counselling since 1996 and over 100 hours of executive coaching in the last year and a half;
  • Experienced facilitator with over 1000 hours of facilitation in the last year;
  • Experience in coaching within a variety of major industries, including oil and gas, federal government, finance, and manufacturing;
  • Detailed and successful experience with 360 tools, such as the LSI 1 & 2 and the BarOn EQ 360;
  • Experience assisting organisations in organisational cultural change, and using tools such as the OCI/OEI to assist in this process.
