Colin Bell has mentored and coached a wide cross section of organisational leaders over the past 20 years, including:

- Organisational change and change management;
- Skills and thinking for Directors and Managers.
Colin is the Director of an independent WA-based firm focused on collaborative systemic change. As the focus implies, Colin’s background is substantial in development and implementation of collaborative change models for business, government and not for profit organisations.
The core services he provides are strategic planning, business coaching & mentoring, group facilitation, change management & implementation, business improvement, and development programs in the areas of leadership and management, effective groups, innovation, and culture.
He has undertaken a variety of assignments at consultant and project director level in a wide cross section of sectors including not for profits, local government, medium size and publicly listed companies, schools and government departments.
Colin is also the Principal Consultant for a WA based small business consultancy firm whose portfolio includes small to medium size clients in sectors including Business Services, Engineering, Manufacturing, Building & Construction, and Importing & Exporting. One of his recent assignments has been a three year contract as CEO for group of companies including Manufacturing, Building and Construction, Retail and Property Development.
