Coaching

Coaching assists organisations and their leaders to lead and bring about organisational change, and to enhance and improve performance and capability. Drawing on a panel of experienced coaches possessing a variety of skills, the Centre provides coaching for teams and for individuals.

Teams: this coaching works for teams as well as individual members. The focus is on individual capability within the context of team dynamics and is used in developing high performance teams, special assignments, new challenges or repairing non-cohesive and dysfunctional teams. This form of coaching explores themes of trust, responsibility, accountability and individual capability and performance within the team dynamics.

Individuals: this form of coaching accelerates learning and draws out the potential of each individual, assists in embedding learning within the workplace, removes roadblocks to change, motivates individuals to expand skills and behaviours to operate more effectively and drive business performance. Individual coaching can cover developing leadership styles, identifying areas for improvement, positive use of influence, impact on teams, effectiveness through prioritising and delegation, strategic analysis, financial planning, risk management and the role as mentor.

Our coaching methodology is guided by the Murdoch Executive Education Centre Coaching Model. Meet our Coaching Panel.
