SMF Institute of Higher Learning (formerly SMa Institute of Higher Learning) was established with the aim to enhance the human capital development of Singapore's workforce. Murdoch University has offered courses in partnership with SMF Institute since 2005. Teaching is conducted at SMF Institute's City Campus, which is conveniently situated opposite the Singapore National Library. The Campus spans six floors of prime city space, and includes classrooms, computer laboratories, a library and a newsroom for journalism students.
